What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

Terms and Conditions for Airback BV Crowdfunding Campaign
Introduction
This document sets forth the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) for the crowdfunding campaign (“Campaign”) conducted by Airback BV (“The Company”). Participation in the Campaign is subject to acceptance of these Terms.
Participation in the Campaign
• Eligibility: To participate in the Campaign, contributors (“Backers”) must agree to these Terms.
• Contribution: A contribution is considered a voluntary financial support to the Campaign with no expectation of receiving a financial return.
No Refund Policy
• Acknowledgment: Backers acknowledge that all contributions to the Campaign are final and that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Risks and Challenges: Backers understand that contributing to the Campaign involves certain risks and challenges, including but not limited to delays in product development and delivery.
No Return Policy
• Product Delivery: Upon successful completion of the Campaign, The Company aims to deliver the products as described. However, Backers acknowledge that products received as part of the Campaign are not subject to return.
• Product Variations: Backers recognize that final products may vary slightly from the initial presentation during the Campaign due to production and logistical considerations.
Product Warranty
• Warranty Coverage: Any products received as a result of the Campaign will be covered by a 3-year limited warranty. This warranty is applicable solely for malfunctions or defects attributable to manufacturing errors.
• Warranty Limitations: The warranty does not extend to issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or modifications made to the product after delivery.
• Warranty Period: The warranty period commences from the date of product delivery to the Backer and lasts for three years.
Liability
• Limitation of Liability: The Company’s liability to Backers is limited to the scope of the contribution made to the Campaign and does not extend to any indirect or consequential losses.
Shipping period:
• Consent for Early Billing: By participating in this Campaign, Backers expressly consent to their credit cards being charged prior to the standard 30-day window period. This early billing is essential for us to initiate the manufacturing of the products.
• Expected Delivery Timeline: Backers acknowledge and agree that the delivery of their products will not occur within the standard 30-day window as normal e-commerce shopping. Instead, the anticipated delivery timeline is set for March. This is a crowdfunding project and is due to the time required for manufacturing and ensuring the quality of the products.
• Commitment to March Delivery: We are committed to beginning the shipping of products by March. This timeline allows us to uphold our standards of quality and to fulfill the unique requirements of this campaign.
Intellectual Property
• Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the products and the Campaign materials are and will remain the property of The Company.
Governing Law
• Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
Amendments to Terms
• Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Backers will be notified of significant changes.
